Submission guidelines
These are the criteria behind every listing. A submission enters the queue when it checks the basics; an editor confirms the rest by hand before it goes live.
- The project is public and reachable at the submitted URL.
- The description matches what the product actually does when it is reviewed.
- The screenshot is a genuine capture of the product, not an edit or a mockup.
- The build tools are disclosed honestly. This is the editorial core of the directory: the tools behind a product are part of the record.
- You have the rights to the name, links, and information you submit.
Free listings stay live with a normal HTML link back to an approved VibeAtlas URL. That link needs to exist in the page source — a plain anchor in the HTML, not only in a JavaScript-rendered layer, and not wrapped in nofollow. JavaScript-only links are not accepted in the first release.
Review is human and usually takes a few days. A project can be approved, sent back for changes, rejected with a reason, or paused while a backlink is pending. Edits to published listings follow the same review. Products that go offline can be archived, and claims are corrected once the facts are shown.
The goal is accuracy over inventory. If a product deserves to be recorded, there is room for it.
Live listings may display the official directory badge on their own site: https://getvibeatlas.com/badges/listed-in-vibeatlas.svg (light) or /badges/listed-in-vibeatlas-dark.svg (dark). Link the badge to your listing page. The badge is optional and does not replace the reciprocal link requirement above.
